Tiny's Tuesday

Lautrec and I have a special place in the house where we can sit and make faces at Ellwood and be in perfect peace knowing that he could NEVER get to us. And best of all, this special place is warm!! You see, here we are looking down at The Wood.

And here I am giving him my dirty look...does he look scared??

Yeah, we are waaaay up here and he is waaay down there...nah, nah, nah, nah, NAH, naaaaah!!!

Oooo, poor puppy can't come up here...heh heh heh!! (BTW, that 'Coco' you see there with the ears and whiskers, well, that is Mom's sort of signature because Dad calls Mom 'Coco' and Mom's real name is Cat so she combined the two and Dad had it made into one of the 'tiles' on our porcelain tiled wood burning stove - it's a European thing so you Americans might not have a clue what it is...sorry!)

OK, would everyone PLAAAALEEEEZ just STOP feeling sorry for The Wood dawg? He is lucky we let him in the same room as us...we could insist that he be back in his prison you know...

That is a great place you have to keep an eye on Ellwood. But what happens when you need to come down for a nibble of kibble or a potty break?

You have an excellent spot to keep an eye on Ellwood. Now you just need your food up there, and maybe a litter box too. :-)

That signature tile is really cool! Love it!

That's a great spot to sit and make faces at Ellwood! We hope he never figures out a way to get up there!

A small suggestion: if you dangle your tails, Elwood will jump up, and miss as you pull your tails back up. He's go nuts. You can do it again and again and count how often he bounces and misses. This is a nice cat game.

Thanks for letting us know about that tile. Mom thought it was quite wonderful!

As for Ellwood. Mom is quite smitten with him and if she were nearby she'd want to give him kisses! Oh no!

We LOVE Au & Target's suggestion. There's no way to improve on that.

Now, we are intrigued about your Mom...is she an artist? Tiny, please tell all!

I for one do not feel sorry for Ellwood at all! Anything you two can do to show him you are the superior ones is fine by me...

I know it's not the main subject but your oven is fabulous! and I like the sign for Coco!
Seeing those pictures, I imagined you lying on the floor or climbing on a chair, trying to get the best point of view with your camera... It was ..hum, rather funny! :)))

Great spot to observe and tease Elwood from. I like the dangling tails suggestion. I hope you can all come over for my Gotcha Day party going on now.

Up high AND warm? That might be the best spot in the world. I love your special tile.

MOL....Tiny you and Lautrec have the purrfect place to contemplate the puppy that has taken over your home.
At least you have one remaining spot that is puppy proof.

Actually, Tiny, we think that The Wood looks more baffled than anything else...

That looks like a wonderful spot! Warm and above The 'Wood. We think that as he grows he could maybe jump up there from that cushion he is on, so be on the lookout for that possibility!

We love the signature tile...it is very cute!
