A very few of you (though I don't know what planet you are from) might say that Lautrec and I (and now The Wood) are spoiled, but I'm sure that the majority of you will say that we are getting exactly what we deserve and could/should even insist on having more. 
What am I talking about? Well, sweater beds, that's what. Sweater beds started out simple around here...a wool sweater was placed on a chair and we cats claimed it to be ours. But Mom has taken that idea to a new high and has 'recycled' her old sweaters for us by buying pillows JUST FOR US and wrapping them in her old WOOL or SILK sweaters. 
Here, I am modelling our latest sweater bed which consists of a cloud-like pillow wrapped with a gray WOOL/CASHMERE mix cardigan (buttons on the underside) AND an additional black SILK pull-over sweater that has only been put partially over the pillow so that we may cuddle into the sleeves, collar and the rest of the sweater's overhang!! Mom put the pillow on the floor next to the radiator and since she felt sorry that we seemed to be sliding towards the cold wall, she took an old blanket and rolled it up and put so that our delicate bodies don't have to come in contact with the nasty cold wall. I think we wonderful cats SOOOO deserve such ROYAL TREATMENT.
Pee Ess...Do NOT beg to differ with me...begging is SOOOO for dawgs...WE are not dawgs dear felines...we are cats!! (In all fairness for my new brother, The Wood, dawgs get other special treatment that we don't...like getting a ton of treats for doing ordinary things like sitting down and laying down and rolling over..geez, I do that all the time and Mom NEVER gives me any treats for it!!)

Oh. My. Gosh. I am so jealous. I always thought I had it pretty darn good until I read this. Sweater beds next to the radiator with a blanket? I'm gonna go pout now.

Can I just say Tiny, that Tiny's Tuesday is always my favorite....and the idea of sweater beds is genius. I try so hard to keep my kittehs off my clothes in the closet but always have a bag of stuff to donate -- it would also get rid of the ugly fleece blankets that they sleep on -- thanks for you Tiny wisdom yet again.
Proper staff is so hard to come by these days. You are doing so very well i that category, Tiny! We LOVE the sweater bed idea!

Your mom is pawsome for sure!!!!!! What a wonderful idea sweater beds are for colder climates......can she come up with an air conditioned model for us cats that are still living in a/c houses???????
