Tiny's Tuesday

Hello Everybody...just had to update you on the 'de-sensitizing'...it's still going strong and Lautrec continues to hold out on not wanting to accept The Ellwood. Here you have a photo of Lautrec making goofy faces (to the ground yes, but goofy nonetheless) and The Ellwood off in dream land.

As for me, I was sitting in the garden today when that little terror came and had to yap at me. Why? He never yaps otherwise, but he just had to and he also had to jump around so I put my ears REALLY FLAT and gave him one of my nastiest hisses (it was a good one!!). Would you believe that he thought I was inviting him to play? Mom then intervened and took me in her arms and put me somewhere where I could discretely go away. He is a stubborn little beastie!

PeeEss...sorry for the quality of this picture...it was a Papa/Dad-razzi shot taken with a telephoto lens.

I think that is one beautiful picture!

Wow, Lautrec, you're so patient! I hope things become more peaceful at home with Ellwood, but I'm sure it will take time. Tiny, I would do the same as you I'm pretty sure.

I hope you two--ok, Ellwood too--can stop by tomorrow for my 14th Gotcha Day party!

Give it some time; we have faith you guys will come to love Ellwood...Look at it this way: now you have a woofie to blame things on when you are naughty :)=you guys are starting to like him better now, huh?!!...Kisses, sweet friends...Calle, Halle, Sukki

Man, you two are hard cases regarding the new puppy. But considering how I feel about the dumb dog here, I can't exactly call you out on it.

Tiny, we think it's time to employ the claws, and yes, the Smackypaw. And we'd advise Lautrec to do the same. A painful, spiky offense is the best defense!

At least he's a baby woofie. Maybe you can convince him that you are ruler of the universe and he must live his life in service to you. Yeah.

Tiny it appears one cannot insult a yapping puppy...they think everything you do is an invitation to play. Holy Smoke you and Lautrec have to regroup, come back strong with a united front letting him who is boss of the house and it is not Mom and Dad!!!

Hugs Madi you have my sympathy!!

We're not surprised that Lautrec doesn't like The Ellwood. We don't like Woofies, either.

Sorry that the little woof~monster is bugging you, then thinks you're airplane ears are an invitation to play! He hasn't gotten his smarts yet...he's still little.

Hi Tiny! Tell Lautrec hi from us too - we are super behind in commenting! We have to admit that the new little moster is a cutie - but we totally understand needing lots of time to get used to him - like years and years! But well, he could be useful too - puppies are great to blame messes and broken stuff on from what we hear - so if you ever get in trouble for something, just blame him!!
