It's cold out and all we want to do is sleep in a nice warm spot, but that isn't interesting so we thought we would share with you some pictures of our friend Danny.
Remember Danny? It was his NOSE that you saw peeking through a hole under the door that Astrud (the tuxedocat) was peeking into in pictures I posted a couple of weeks ago. Well, you need to know that Danny LOVES to retrieve stuff. He has his favourite ball that he will do anything for you to throw it for him so he can run after it and bring it back (or not). And when you go for walks with Danny, he will be sure to find a stick for you to throw and he is VERY insistent that you throw it and that you wrestle it from him.
One day, while Mom and Dad were visiting Danny (and DP and Astrud and Luna), Danny was up to his insistent self so Danny's Dad put Danny's favourite ball (see that icky, dirty once-was tennis ball above) in a watering can and Danny had the BEST time trying to get that ball out of the watering can!! He did a lot of talking and digging, but in the end he succeeded!! Bravo Danny!!
